CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
When you register your details online, you are required to make sure that this information is accurate and a true representation of your personal details. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret. The Terms of Serice together with all our policies and procedures will be governed in accordance to the relevant Spanish law.
ORDERING AT OUR WEBSITE
When you complete your order you will be requested to provide personal and payment details. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry checks via Redsys:
- Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.
- Once you finalised your order, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be confirmed until the payment is successfully taken.
- Stock availability is determined by our intranet and sometimes could offer customers error that will be rapidly solved by our after sales service managers.
WORLDWIDE AVAILABILTY
All product are available for worldwide shipping. Always at euro currency including Spanish VAT. We do not offer VAT refunds on orders delivered to the Cannary Islands or Channel Islands. Customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account fo the differences in tax treatment.
PAYMENT
At Vandenride Redsys we accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Sequra payment (only Spain).
After proceeded to checkout you will receive a confirmation at your email addres.
We reserve the rights to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
DISCOUNT COUPON
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
STOCK ISSUE
Some orders will interfere in a broken stock product. If your product is not available after purchasing due to any issue we will refund the value of your order or offer a solution for the same value.
RETURN & ECHANGES
Non satisfied customer with their purchase can return for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
We only accept items purchased directly from vandenride.com If you have purchased your item from a retailer, you should return the item directly to place where the item was purchased.

For all cancellations you are eligible for a full refund including your shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. However, you need to return your item back to us in good time via a secure delivery service, and items must be returned in good condition.
DELIVERY
Orders will be proceeded between Monday and Friday shipping inside Spain between 24/48 hours. EU deliveries will take place in 4/5days. However, we are allowed to have a maximum of 30 days delivery due to special delays.
If for any reason we could not deliver inside this days we will contact you and refund the complete amount payed in your transaction.
CUSTOMER NOT AT DELIVERY
In case of non shown customer at delivery we will try to contact and a look for an easy solution to deliver. If the shipping company tries several times to contact for delivery with no reply automatically your order will get back to our warehouse. In this case customers will have to pay a special fee for second chance delivery.

PRICE & PAYMENT
All products will be shown at their Recommended sales price. Sometimes could we forced to error by the website and could be changed due to intranet issues. We will not be obliged to sell in case of price error .
Prices could change for special sales, normal sales or coupon attachment.
